Bayside Realty Partners is actively acquiring existing office, medical office and industrial assets throughout the Bay Area that meet the following criteria: Located in attractive in-fill locations Total purchase price up to $20 million, with particular interest in assets under $10 million Turn-around or repositioning opportunities Multi-tenant
